Release of Liability Agreement
This Release of Liability Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date] between [Your Name] (“Participant”) and Oratory of Mystical Sacraments (“OMS”).
Participant and OMS agree as follows:
1. Assumption of Risk: Participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in OMS’s ceremonies, rituals, events, or any other religious practices involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or property damage.
2. Release and Waiver: Participant hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges OMS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or related to any injury, harm, or loss suffered by Participant, whether caused by the negligence of OMS or otherwise, before, during, or after attending and participating in any event, ceremony, or religious practice conducted by OMS.
3. Indemnification: Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OMS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, including but not limited to attorney fees and legal expenses, arising out of or related to Participant’s participation in OMS’s activities.
4. Full Responsibility: Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are 100% responsible for their own safety and well-being before, during, and after attending and participating in any event, ceremony, or religious practice conducted by OMS.
5. Acknowledgment of Understanding: Participant acknowledges that they have carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
7. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between Participant and OMS concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
