The Supreme Court of New Hampshire, in December 2020, upheld the religious rights of a registered OMS member for his responsible possession and utilization of 4-PO-DMT (psilocybin) mushrooms, recognizing his OMS membership and “natural and unalienable right to worship God according to the dictates of his own conscience and reason.”
This is but one stride of many that OMS has endeavored for. There was necessity to create a context where our sacraments would be, publicly, respected by the High Courts – to set a precedent for OMS members and all people to responsibly utilize, not only Manna, but any and all sacraments without fear of injury and imprisonment.
The historical research and educational material provided freely online and for all to see are major factors in creating and offering a context that any person can draw from to support their religious freedoms, as they pertain to sacraments, and they communicate to the courts and officials the historical and religious/spiritual significance of sacraments with an abundance of new evidence and perspectives.
Manna: The Golden Fleece
“One Truth takes on an infinite diversity of appearances beyond conception, yet underneath all this diversity is one simple fact, but man has not yet become simple enough to find it. He assumes that he will find it with complication, but as Sir Francis Bacon points out, “He must discover it by reduction of complication, not by increasing complication.”
